Privacy Policy
1. Who controls the data
The controller of personal data on maisdigi.com is the More Digital commercial operation (Digital Corp. brand), which runs this social growth store.
For privacy and data-subject requests, use the WhatsApp support channel shown on the site.
2. What we collect
- Order data: email, order code, package, quantity, amount, status, locale
- Delivery target: Instagram/TikTok @ or post/video link you submit (public profile or content)
- Payment data: English checkout is processed in USD via Cryptomus (crypto). The Brazilian store uses PIX via Woovi. We do not store wallet keys or full bank credentials on our servers
- Technical data: IP address, user-agent, access logs, security events (rate limits, abuse prevention)
- Cookies, pixels, preferences: language, essential cookies, and when applicable ad identifiers (e.g. Meta Pixel / Conversions API) to measure campaign conversions
- First-party funnel metrics: product-view, checkout, payment and WhatsApp-click events linked by a random session identifier stored only as a server-side hash. These events do not include message content, phone number, name or the social-network delivery target
- Browser notification data: Push endpoint, public encryption keys, locale, subscription source, marketing consent, and activation or revocation timestamps
We never ask for or store your Instagram or TikTok password.
3. Why we use data
- Run checkout and confirm payment
- Deliver the service to the profile or link you provide
- Send order emails: confirmation, open payment, status, support
- Send More Digital store offers and combos related to store use (e.g. after unpaid checkout), with limited frequency and opt-out
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse
- Meet legal, accounting, and dispute-defense duties
- Measure ads and keep the site stable
3.1. Emails and LGPD
By providing your email at checkout and paying, you acknowledge we may use that email for:
- Operational order emails required for the service: code, status, open payment, support
- Commercial emails about More Digital offers and combos, in moderate volume
You can stop commercial emails anytime through the unsubscribe link in the email or the store WhatsApp support channel. Strictly necessary order emails may continue while a contractual or legal duty exists.
3.2. Browser notifications (Web Push)
In this first version, Push is exclusively promotional. It is enabled only after you tap the store bell and confirm the permission prompt displayed by your browser. We do not use this permission to claim that order or payment updates will be sent.
You can turn the channel off from the store’s notification control, even while new subscriptions are paused, or from browser settings. We record the date and version of consent and withdrawal. Revoked or rejected endpoints stop receiving messages and are marked inactive.
4. Legal bases (LGPD)
- Contract performance: process, fulfill, and send operational order communications
- Legal obligation: records and regulatory duties
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, operations, and balanced store offers to people who started or completed a purchase (always with opt-out)
- Consent: when you take the affirmative action shown for a specific purpose, such as checkout choices or the Web Push promotional confirmation. Push consent is not inferred from checkout and may be withdrawn at any time
5. Who we share with
- Woovi: PIX payment processing for the Brazilian store (Woovi privacy)
- Cryptomus: crypto payment processing for the English store (Cryptomus privacy)
- SMM fulfillment provider: only the @ or link and quantity needed to run the order
- Email provider (e.g. Resend): address and message content to deliver communications
- Browser Push service: the endpoint and encrypted message required to deliver an authorized notification
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads): conversion events and technical IDs when you arrive via ads (never social passwords)
- Hosting infrastructure: servers and database that run the site
- Authorities when required by valid legal process
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers (including Woovi and parts of infrastructure) may process data outside Brazil with safeguards aligned to LGPD and their own compliance programs.
7. Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for support, legal and accounting duties, and payment disputes. Technical logs are kept for a limited operational security window. Push subscriptions are kept while active and as needed to record consent, revocation, security, and channel metrics.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures (HTTPS, access control, API rate limits, segregated payment secrets). No system is risk-free; relevant incidents are handled under applicable law.
9. Your rights
Under LGPD you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability when applicable, information on sharing, withdrawal of consent where relevant, and objection to improper processing.
Contact support with the purchase email and order code when available. We may verify identity before acting.
10. Cookies and pixels
We use essential cookies and local storage (e.g. language). When you can use Push, local storage also remembers whether you enabled notifications. If a withdrawal cannot reach the server, we temporarily keep only the endpoint’s SHA-256 hash to retry the cleanup; the secret endpoint itself is not stored there. When you arrive from paid campaigns we may use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure conversions. Checkout works without ads, but ad measurement depends on those tools when enabled.
11. Minors
Services are for people with legal capacity to contract. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact support if you believe an improper order was placed.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after material changes means you have been informed of the new text, without waiving non-waivable rights.
13. Terms of Use
Store use is also subject to the Terms of Use.
